Shipping policy

We ship to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, and most of Europe from fulfilment centers in the United States, the United Kingdom, and the European Union. Every order includes tracking — you'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order is on its way.

Processing time

Orders are packed and handed to the carrier within 1–2 business days in the United States, and within 2–5 business days for all other countries (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays).

Taxes and import charges

Any taxes calculated at checkout are shown before you pay. Some countries (for example Norway and Switzerland) may charge import duties or handling fees when the parcel arrives; these charges are set by local customs and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Lost, damaged, or delayed orders

If your order arrives damaged, goes missing, or is significantly delayed, email us at brad@microvitamin.com and we'll put it right with a replacement or a refund. If you need to change your delivery address, contact us as soon as possible — we can update it any time before the order is dispatched.
