Backed by research.
Every ingredient in MicroVitamin is supported by human clinical trials. Certificates of analysis published. Made and tested in Australia.
With over 75% of adults taking dietary supplements (5), but most multivitamins have doses of 500–1000% of the RDA without a clinical reason.
That "more is better" approach has been associated with side effects and wasted spend. (6)
Introducing MicroVitamin: A Thoughtfully Crafted Low-Dose Multivitamin & Mineral
MicroVitamin is different. The formula is built on randomised controlled trials — choosing the doses studied in those trials, the bioavailable forms (methylated B-vitamins and glycinate-chelated minerals).
-
A Balanced Diet Comes First
MicroVitamin is designed to complement a healthy diet, not replace it. Getting nutrients from a variety of whole foods matters most — MicroVitamin helps fill the gaps and support your nutritional needs when your diet falls short, so you can maintain a balanced approach to your health.
The MicroVitamin Difference
✓ Brain & Nervous System: Methylated B12 and folate contribute to normal psychological function and the normal functioning of the nervous system — in bioactive forms that bypass the MTHFR variant carried by ~40% of people. Plus choline and chelated trace minerals in glycinate form. (1)
✓ Balanced, not overloaded: MicroVitamin delivers measured doses of vitamins, minerals, Trimethylglycine (TMG) and hyaluronic acid — enough to be effective, without the excesses linked to over-supplementation (5).
✓ Muscle & Energy: 260mg (elemental) magnesium taurate — magnesium contributes to normal muscle function, normal functioning of the nervous system, and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue — plus 500mg Trimethylglycine (TMG). (4)
✓ Hyaluronic Acid: A naturally occurring molecule found in skin and connective tissue, included at a measured 200mg dose. (3)

Frequently Asked Questions
Does MicroVitamin contain TMG (Betaine)?
Due to TGA requirements in Australia, we are not allowed to list TMG as an active ingredient. So we've included in as an excipient in the 'other ingredients' section.
You can verify this by looking at the Certificate of Analysis
Is MicroVitamin vegan/vegetarian?
Yes, MicroVitamin capsules are vegan-friendly. The capsule shell is plant-based (no gelatin), and none of the 26 ingredients are animal-derived.
Why is there a smell?
The smell is a normal characteristic of the active ingredients themselves, not a sign that anything is wrong. Our manufacturers have confirmed it comes from the combination of choline bitartrate, the B-vitamin complex, and vitamin D — these nutrients have their own natural odour, and when they\'re together in capsules at clinical doses, that smell is what you notice when you open the bottle. It does not indicate degradation or affect potency.
How Should I Store The Pills?
Please keep your MicroVitamin pills in their original bottle. The Choline, TMG, and Hyaluronic Acid in the formula are hygroscopic, meaning they attract moisture. Keeping the pills in their airtight container helps prevent them from swelling.
What's Improved in MicroVitamin Formula Version 8.5?
Australia moved from formula v7 straight to v8.5 — the biggest update we’ve made.
The headline change is the carotenoid stack. Lutein has been increased from 0.25 mg to 10 mg, lycopene from 0.3 mg to 10 mg, and zeaxanthin has been added at 2 mg — all three delivered in encapsulated forms (Lutemax® 2020 and LycoBeads®) that protect them from light and oxidation.
Vitamin D3 and Vitamin K2 have also moved to encapsulated forms — AlgeD3™ and K2VITAL®. Doses are unchanged, so the amount on the label is the amount you actually get at the end of the bottle.
Vitamin C has been doubled from 45 mg to 90 mg and switched from ascorbic acid to calcium ascorbate, a buffered form that’s gentler on an empty stomach. Magnesium has been increased from 126 mg to 260 mg (elemental), still as well-absorbed magnesium taurate.
The B-complex has been raised across the board: thiamine 1.2 mg, riboflavin 1.3 mg, pantothenic acid 5 mg, B6 1.7 mg (as P5P), biotin 30 mcg, and methylated folate 400 mcg. Nicotinamide has been brought down from 35 mg to 16 mg — a measured dose rather than a megadose.
Minerals have been rebalanced too: zinc 8.25 → 11 mg, copper 0.45 → 0.9 mg, iodine 112.5 → 150 mcg, selenium 27.5 → 55 mcg, chromium 17.5 → 35 mcg, manganese 1.15 → 2.3 mg, and boron 1 → 3 mg.
As always: no fillers or binders, and a titanium-dioxide-free vegetarian capsule. MicroVitamin is produced in Australia by a TGA-licensed, GMP-audited facility.

Why do I see dark flecks?
That's completely normal and a sign the formula contains the ingredients we list on the label. MicroVitamin includes three natural carotenoids: lycopene (which gives tomatoes their deep red colour), lutein, and zeaxanthin (the orange-yellow pigments concentrated in leafy greens and egg yolks).
Why Does A Serving Of MicroVitamin Require Multiple Pills?
To deliver the full spectrum of nutrients in effective doses, multiple pills per serving are essential.
Take Magnesium Taurate, for example. It comprises roughly 20% elemental magnesium.
To achieve the 260mg of elemental magnesium we aim for in MicroVitamin, we need to include about 1,300mg of Magnesium Taurate alone.
This scenario is just one of many that highlight the necessity of multiple pills to encompass all the beneficial ingredients in their optimal dosages.
Why Doesn't MicroVitamin Contain Vitamin A or E?
In designing MicroVitamin, Vitamin A and Vitamin E were intentionally left out, based on research suggesting potential risks from high-dose supplementation. Specifically, some studies indicate that supplements containing high doses of beta-carotene, vitamin E, or vitamin A may carry more risk than benefit — particularly for people who already get enough of these fat-soluble vitamins from a balanced diet. Learn more about the research behind this decision here.
Limited Supply, Maximum Quality
MicroVitamin is a new supplement, and as we ramp up production while ensuring the highest quality possible, there’s a supply shortage.
To allow as many people as possible to use MicroVitamin, we’ve put a limit of twelve bottles per customer.
We appreciate your understanding as we strive to provide the highest quality product for you and your loved ones.
